[webmin-l] Authentic Theme Broken Again.

The Authentic theme is broken again in PaleMoon after webmin upgrades.
Now it asks me about leaving the page when I just visit a page and make
no changes. Also, it won't let me scroll to the top of the page. The
fun just never ends.

Something similar happened to me... but after I closed the browser and
clean the cache... no problems.
