[webmin-l] Creating MySQL Database+Seting up domain

Hi, I'm quite new to Webmin, so I guess I need some kind of support since I only used paid panels before (cpanel, plesk). I'm doing this because I didn't find anything on the wiki. I installed the Mysql module on Webmin (on my dedicated server). I need to create a empty database (just an user and pass) for a migration. However I have a few doubts (sorry if this looks noob-ish to ask).

On MySql Database Server, I just have to setup a database name, and on Field name I set up the user, but I also need to setup password, how can I do it? Is there any other settings I need to change? Other operations? I see a "Key" check box, does that box sets up an automatic password? I would like to set up my own password.

I need this because I am using duplicator to migrate my blog (wordpress) from a Plesk instalation to a Webmin one.

Also just to clear my conscience, when I change my domain ips do I need to change some kind of setting on webmin?

Thanks!

Hi Carlos,

Those fields are for creating the initial table in the database. Creating a user
who can access it is done on the User Permissions page, and also on the Database
Permissions page.

It looks like you are trying to duplicate the features of Plesk in Webmin,
you need to use Virtualmin to get the hosting feature stuff also. So add
that to the mix, the SQL stuff will just work...
